The F1-Waxed Ripstop Canvas

The F1 was developed out of anger, yes it sounds odd but it's reality.  I was served with a C&D order from Armageddon in February of 2025.  I was accused of copying their bags.  Initially being a small start up company I complied and removed all the products I was accused of from our site and stopped selling them.  I was simply going to close up, this is a side gig for myself and Chris and it wasn't worth the battle or cost to fight it......then I got angry.  First thing I did was hired a Patent attorney and the second thing I did was start to figure out something completely unique that was better than anything ever seen before and made some sketches.  Chris, my partner put the sketch into reality and he made some bags.  MANY-MANY changes, all small, took place but the biggest issue was the severe complexity of the bag design and we could not get the seams to hold up, they were constantly failing.  During the testing period my attorney took a look at Armageddon's bags vs our bags and the patent.  In the end, we were found to absolutely NOT be in any patent infringement and we went back into production of our very popular Sand Castle and Fatty Shooting bags.  

Flash forward months into this.  I own a well known automotive shop, been in business 36 years.  One of my employees, Mike, wife ends up being a college educated seamstress.  Enter into the picture, Tara Lester.  Incredible!!  The knowledge of how fabrics work, how to sew them to further achieve stability in the bags and the quality of the work has increased absolutely drastically and our bags were already damn good!  

What we finally have after months of work and development is the final product, what I have to say I feel is the absolute only shooting bag you will ever need, the F1.  What does F1 stand for?  Well I'll keep it clean in case some young folks come along and read this but it's "The Freaking One"!  The Freaking One bag you need to own and the Freaking only one bag you will ever need.

There is nothing like it.  The F1 combines our top groove from our Sand Castle bag with two very unique feet that conform to anything, narrow, wide, round, flat, square, it just doesn't matter, it grabs it.  The design of the feet combined with the top keep the top supported in any situation.  The bag can be flipped over leaving the feet in the air and it makes one of the absolute best rear bench rest bags I've ever seen.  Place the butt stock in between the two feet and simple squeeze them together to adjust for the height needed.

Need the bag to be tall for some reason?  Flip it on its end and used it across the two flats or use it in the V between the top and feet.  

The bag comes standard with sand fill, the bag will weigh around 9 pounds filled with sand.  Many other options, including an empty bag, are available.

To say we are excited to finally release this is an understatement, get one, show you friends and we will try to keep up with making them!

***NOTE!!!!!!

All F1's that are filled with HEAVY fill or you intend to fill with a heavy media such as: Sand, Code 3, Glass Bead, Crushed Glass we recommend our heaviest material and is UN-waxed duck cotton canvas.

You can wax the heavier material yourself but the material is not available to use pre-waxed. The stress on the legs/seams from the weight of those fills is too hard on the complex seams of these bags.  Lighter fills work fine with our standard rip stop waxed canvas. 

Any bag bought in ripstop canvas" if the bag somehow fails, we will NOT warranty a rip stop bag that was filled with heavy fills like the ones listed above.  Order the heavy canvas if your intentions are heavy fill.
