Shipping
Packages are generally shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS without signature required.
Shipping is free on nearly everything we sell. Some items, such as ammunition require additional shipping and will be added, at our cost to ship, after the order is placed. Items that are not shipped free are noted in the item description.
Items with custom embroidery are embroidered as soon as possible. Depending on the day you place your order it can take up to 7 days to build and ship. We do our best to squeeze every custom order in and get them out, the worst case is you will have a 7 day wait.
PROCESSING
When you place your order our website does NOT process the payment. Each order is reviewed by myself (David Buschur) for possible mistakes, to make sure you ordered items that will work together and many times I discount the orders based on our actual cost to ship the order. Once the orders are determined to be in stock or if it's a custom order with embroidery I then manually charge and you should received a text saying you have been charged.
TAXES
Any order shipping to an Ohio address will have 7.25% Ohio Sales tax added, not my choice, not my law but it has to be done so I don't have to meet bubba in jail and surrender my virginity! I hope paying that makes you feel better knowing you've saved a virgin.
WARRANTY
Our shooting bags are made of the finest materials we can find. They are however, just "material" and eventually, like a pair of jeans and shoes, they will wear out. When you wear a hole in your favorite jeans you can't walk back into the store and expect a new pair or discounted pair. Like the brake pads and tires on your car, they eventually simply wear out and must be replaced. The amount of time each bag lasts varies and is dependent on but not limited to some these things: Weight of the rifle, type of props you shoot off, the sharpness of the props/chassis/barricade stop, arca rail, mags/magwell etc.
We stand behind our workmanship 100%. That means if the stitching fails we repair or replace the bag at no cost to you. I can not cover a bag that has worn through or been torn by a prop or something sharp on your rifle/chassis.
Any bag that fails within 6 months of your order will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Bags that fail between 6 months and a year will be replaced for 50% of the cost of the original bag. This cost, if you were able to save the fill from the failed bag, would be just 50% of the bag itself and you will re-use your fill. Bags that fail that are over 1 year old......we can have a discussion and I'll do my best to make you happy.
